In the event of cancellation after payment, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of payment confirmation. Since most orders are dispatched within 12 hours, cancellation requests after this window may not be accepted.

To cancel an order, email support@fizztail.com with the subject “Cancellation”, including your Order Number and Shipping Address.

FizzTail reserves the right to accept or reject any return or cancellation request based on the condition and timeline.

Billing

All prices listed include GST (Goods and Services Tax) unless stated otherwise. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information when making a purchase. If your order is cancelled or rejected, any payment made will be refunded to your original payment method.

Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and FizzTail regarding your use of the site and the sale of our products and services.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by Indian law, and any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi (or your city).
